Jennifer Meals serves as the Fractional Chief Financial Officer for Richmond Memorial Health Foundation, bringing more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business management. A Director at Warren Whitney, Jennifer specializes in providing fractional CFO services to organizations seeking strategic financial leadership with hands-on support.
Jennifer began her career as an internal auditor at a Fortune 500 company and has served in Finance and Accounting senior leadership roles for multiple non-profits and multi-entity private enterprises in industries including non-profits, manufacturing, engineering, real estate, and eCommerce.
Jennifer’s career spans both the nonprofit and private sectors, with expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, audit preparation, and systems integrations. She is known for her ability to balance high-level financial strategy with deep attention to operational detail—leading efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Science at Radford University and studied Accounting at Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business.
